einer Ungarischen Homepage gefunden (in Englisch) vieleicht bringt´s was.
Habe noch keine Zeit gehabt es zu Überprüfen.
Hier nun der Originaltext:

Magnetical Electron Driver

A method to convert magnetism directly into electricity, without using moving parts.

by Dipl. Ing. Volker Hennig created July 20th, 1999

Here it is, my report about a thing that must have been unnoticed by the pioneers of electromagnetism, because it needs just two components and it´s terribly simple ...
Please imagine a standard DC electromagnet: Electrical current is running around a magnetical bar and causes magnetical poles at the ends of that bar.
Now, I asked myself:
If a magnetical current (means flux) runs around an electrical bar, will it cause electrical poles (voltage) at the ends of this bar ?
And as I have checked, the answer is : YES !
There are two ways to produce such a magnetical coil :
1) A very long and thin permanent magnet (like a wire, with the poles at its ends) is wrapped around a stick or a rod. The sum of magnetic field-lines inside it mainly represents a tube of ´rotating flux´. (Like the current in an electrical coil represents a tube of rotating current, but, the electrical coil must be driven by voltage, the magnetical coil already has its inner magnetical voltage!)
2) A high electric current, sent through a conducting rod, creates the proper, non-polar magnetic field to magnetize a tube, made of good permanent-magnetic material, which is placed around the rod. The same kind of ´rotating flux´ as above should exist in that tube. But not exactly the same... (See comment 1 later)

My experiment : I took the magnetic tape out of one audio cassette (metal type, which is pre-magnetized in longitudinal direction) and wrapped it around an aluminium rod (length: 1 m, round diameter: 8 mm), which was clamped in a drilling machine for that purpose. The tape was wrapped back and forth, making several layers, and leaving some free space at the rod´s ends. (The intention is, to imitate the kind of magnetic field, that appears with electric current. The amount of flux in such a field depends on the length of the conductor and the distance to it. Therefore a long and thin conductor is advantageous. A thinner rod would have been better.)
Even this "poor" arrangement was successful: I could measure a DC voltage between the ends of the rod, even though its resistance is almost zero ohms. (And even though the audio tape consists of about 85% plastic carrier material and only a few (< 5) gramms of magnetic material !)
Actually I expected to find this system self-amplifying, because the generated current has the right direction to produce a magnetic field, that amplifies the generating field.
But unfortunately, it behaves like a self-charging capacitor : Each time, the voltmeter is connected, the voltage goes down like a capacitor discharging curve (from about 50 mV to 10 mV in about 1 minute). It seems, somehow the magnetic field collapses (slowly), but obviously it is not destroyed, ´cause it can recover very fast. That means: to get energy out of this system, the tapping must be pulsed.
I have not yet found a logically really satisfying explanation for this behavior, but I can say this :
Comment 1:
There should be a difference between a magnetical coil, that can be seen as one very long, wrapped field-line, and a magnetical tube, which can be seen as a lot of circle field-lines. A coil with its two ends (poles) is an open system, and a tube is a closed system, it has no poles and no end (in this context).
Another difference is between an electrical voltage source, that uses its outside current to drive a load, and this magnetical voltage source, which uses its inside flux to drive something, let´s say : itself, because magnetical voltage consists of ALIGNMENT of many elementary magnetic units, and so the material is magnetical voltage itself. The ring-flux inside a tube-system at least should amplify its own alignment. (Please imagine a DC electromagnet, where the coil is replaced by a copper tube. This tube would not have an inner electrical voltage. (But, if it would be possible to make a current flow around inside it, the thing would work well as an electromagnet.))
And, in my experiment a very weak magnetic voltage source was applied.
So, these reasons make me think : A magnetical TUBE-system may supply a CONSTANT DC VOLTAGE (or even be self-amplifying...) !

Please feel free to investigate it deeper.

Some concluding sentences :
Generally, NON-POLAR MAGNETISM is the key word here.
And : whenever one face of electromagnetism is flowing straight along and the other face is turning around it, VORTEX STRUCTURES must be involved, that make one of the faces BIPOLAR .
I don´t know, wether or not the magnetic energy will be consumed with time. If yes, did I invent a magnetic battery ? If no, perhaps mass will be consumed ? Or aether ?
However, I´m sure it was no antenna phenomenon.
Probably it would be too much, if I claimed to be the inventor of " MAGNETO-ELECTRISM " ?
But I do claim to be the first one, who thought about using permanent magnets, that are shaped as a coil or a tube ( or a spiral as well ).
Further, I predict, that also pure mechanical, magnetical
motors can be built very easily with such kinds of magnets. I have some ideas already ...
The here described tube- or coil- type system I would like to call " MAGNETICAL ELECTRON DRIVER (MED) ".

If you know (or are) a person or company, which can produce a strong, non-polar, permanent tube-magnet, please contact me.
So far, Best wishes and success for other experiments,

Volker Hennig
