manufactured energy for its own needs. The design life of 30 years. Molecular engine is
prepared and underwent testing on JOINT STOCK COMPANY "plant im. V.A. Degtarev".

claim fors the production of self-contained units with the molecular engine (MD) with a power

The vortex heat-generating installation (VTU) is intended for the heating and the hot water
supply of apartment houses, public buildings, production and warehouse accomodations and
agricultural complexes by the volume of those removed up to the significant distance from
the sources of the traditional methods of heat supply.
Installations are developed and are produced under the scientific management of
academician Potapov YU.S., possessor of the patent RF of №20yashch"yshch priority from 26
.04.93 g.
Installations VTU extract heat- from the water and from the nonfreezing liquids (tosol,
antifreeze) due to the complex processes of the intensive motion, created in the vortex
device of special construction. In this case freed thermal energy exceeds the expenditures of
the electric power of the pump, which creates the circulation of liquid 1,16 - 1,2 times,
depending on the regime of the work of pump.
VTU works from the network of the 3rd of phase electric current. The manufactured heat- is
used for heating of water directly in the heating system, via connection to the air stove or
the heat exchanger for the consumption of hot water for different needs.
VTU are the autonomously working ecologically clean and highly economical devices, whose
automation makes it possible to work in any temperature conditions to + 9shch°S.
VTU is reliable, it is highly effective in comparison with the heating devices of other types.
Compactness, the maximum decrease of distance from the heat source to the user, absolute
ecological sterility, work according to the program in the automatic regime, exception of
expenditures for building and repair of heating mains make WITH VTU one of the salient
technical achievements of century.
Maximum effect from the use VTU is achieved by the optimum combination of its thermal and
hydrodynamic characteristics with the parameters of heating system and hot water supply of
the buildings, in which they are established. Effectiveness VTU is higher by 23% in
comparison with the electrode heaters and by 42% in comparison with PETN -
PENTAERYTHRITYL TETRANITRATE by heaters.
The heat-generating installation is completely completed by the necessary equipment for the
connection, it has the automatic system for control.
It can be without the problems connected both to the new and to the already existing
heating system. Its construction and sizes simplify practically its arrangement in any
accomodation. Maintenance is reduced to the control of the presence of the necessary
amount of liquid in the system and the elimination of the inflow of the connecting elements
of heating system.
The low operating pressure of liquid in the system makes installations safe and long-lived.
Work VTU excludes the use of the soiling environment substances (coal, gas, diesel fuel)
and, correspondingly, excludes the isolation of the products of combustion and disintegration
of air.
VTU does not be subject to examination by the services of the boiler inspection
